If you want to avoid the sketchy, unreliable flakes out there, you know the ones, low ball offers, cancel their offer, string you along, say they have cash and when closing comes, they don’t and there are problems…look no further than Chip and his team. They talk the talk and they WALK THE WALK. Chip is also a very pleasant person to deal with. He (and his team) are always available, always very friendly and conversational, plus they genuinely care about you. If you want a fair, rock solid offer with no runaround BS, call Chip. He’s legit, has cash, can close fast and is like you have a “friend in the business”.
